A child who touched my heart

I was a paraprofessional at the High School and there was a girl name D she was always at my tutoring sessions she was so motivated to come to school she had so many obstacles in the way so one day I told her if she wanted to be able to graduate I would help you all I can. She had her mother contact me and we hit it off about a month or so later I stop working at the school because I had got a promotion. She thought I had gave up on her but I did not I keep in touch and tutored her on the weekends and eventually she graduated and thanked me for helping her and she said you are my godmother because you really cared about me. I will always be there for her because I know she want to succeed in life and I was happy I played a role in that. She would be a child who touched my heart and made it.
