I chose these three because they will affect me in my daily work when providing care for children. I have a responsibility to keep children in a safe environment with making a commitment to them and their families without judgment and discrimination and making decisions that are in their best interest. These codes are going to keep me balanced everyday while do what I enjoy and that is to provide quality care to children and their families.
The Core Values to me is very important because you have build a rapport with the child and the community which that will help you advocate better because that will let you know their needs.
The Code of Ethics is also important because you have a responsibility to make the right chose and you are mandated to report any and everything that is against a child and you have to use good judgement and have dignity and respect for yourself and children.
Ethical Responsibilities to Children is a big one for me because I have the right to keep children safe and out of harms way and help them when help is needed as well as making sure their family stays informed of all educational needs and I do commit myself to doing these to make sure children get the most out of having a good education.
TEACHERS + CHILDREN = SUCCESS
